Gearing up, I see... - 2003-10-08 11:11 a.m. Finally, I've got the time to find out about Middle-Earth. Even found some time last weekend watching LoTR:FoTR - extended version with commentaries from Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh and the Director/Screenwriter team. Then, watched it again with commentaries from the actors - Ian McKellan, Elijah Wood, Christopher Lee, Sean Astin and Dominic Monaghan. Then I watched The Two Towers DVD. And started reading RoTK again. I wanted to read Silmarillion, but I thought I should refresh my memories a little bit. Yesterday, I surfed for information on everything Middle-Earth. Found out about the origins of wizards, orcs, the whole history of Middle-Earth. I even read the letters of Tolkien, explaining about Tom Bombadil's origin and whatnots. And about the Valars, the Balrogs, the Dragons, Eldars, Maiars, Ents, Morgoth... My wife says that I am a certified nerd-geek. I..... concur.
